Moving Inward; Moving Onward: An honest look at a long-distance relationship

The following link will lead you to a guest post I wrote for The Red Fish Project. The author- Andrew Gillmore- is a fellow expatriate, and author of The Red Fish Project a brilliant memoir of the varied experiences of different expatriates.

We worked long and hard to bring you this honest little- yet significant- snippet of my personal experience. It is a lot more serious in tone than my usual post, but I feel in order to gather an accurate depiction of my experience- or life in general- you gotta get rid of dem’ bunnies and sunshine and just be real for a quick second.

So get that bottle of wine! No glass necessary…or maybe a curly straw if you feel like it’ll make you feel better. Ugly cry Kim K style …if that’s what you feel you gotta do, do it gurl- no judgement here! Lolcats.

(^^there’s a picture of an lolcat pretending to be an airplane – keeping the pictures in a theme here… because I’m not an anarchist – just so you know I’m still me).

Feel free to leave a comment about your own thoughts- as long as they are constructive! After all, “if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say it at all.”

    1. Lol I love your priorities mate! It does exist- but much like the lock ness monster, it provides a journey (to a foreign foods mart) for those who truly believe…probably about $10-15 I would expect 🙈

  1. I am really inspired together with your writing abilities and also with the
structure in your weblog. Is this a paid subject or did
you modify it your self? Either way stay up the nice quality writing,
it is uncommon to see a nice blog like this one today..
